[00:00:00] Hey all, welcome to the latest episode of Catch The Fuck Up. I'm Furn. And I'm Nicole. And as everybody is probably already aware, we got the announcement that there are only five chapters left of my Hero Academia. And today is, we're counting down today is number five.

[00:00:20] So yeah, we're looking at my Hero Academia Chapter 426, the Hellish Totorouki family colon final. And, you know, emotions, emotional. Lots of feelings. I am, I am sad it's ending, but I'm also

[00:00:41] like on the on a very small part of me, I'm glad he's not like pulling it out too far. But also my guy, you could pull it out like taffy for the rest of my life and I would be grateful.

[00:00:52] I guess he wants to do other things and I will respect and support that. I guess. Be our feeling, uh, feel a little more and full, but um, we still got a really good chapter and I know we've got

[00:01:09] several more probably absolutely amazing chapters to come. So yep, yep, and they're still content to be animated as well. So oh, yes, it's not it's not over over for a while. Yeah, yeah, we're going to keep milking this for several years. Yep. Yep. Yep. All right,

[00:01:29] 12 to dive right in. We do pick up right where we left off with Shoto arriving at the uh, I don't even want to say a holding place, but like where they're, I think it's like some sort of

[00:01:42] high security hospital. Yeah, we're there housing where they're housing, dolly that's what's better. Yeah. All right, so he gets there and along with Endeavor who is in a wheelchair,

[00:01:55] we see that also not so if we use me and Ray or all there, they all have their burn scars and not so nutsuo has like lost a bunch of his hair and it looks like maybe his eyebrows too,

[00:02:11] it's it's not funny, but his hair is a little um, not stylish as it was. Yes. He uh, he just his facial expressions through this are he's funny. He's so done with all of them. He just wants to be

[00:02:28] there for toy. Uh-huh. Yep. Yep. All right. So with all of that there, they're they're all kind of surprised to see each other there like I don't think any of them thought everybody else was going

[00:02:39] to be there and they try to tell each other you don't have to be here like we're not doing the side of duty we're here we're here to and it's yeah they just show to us the one that's like

[00:02:51] yeah yeah we all know like let's we're here let's get to it. I'm looking at my brother. We don't need to be polite about all this nonsense. All right, so they do walk into where

[00:03:04] Toyota is it looks like he's being suspended and more or less like a tube or a big old canister because it's probably like a on a high oxygen tube if I had to get plus some other

[00:03:20] futuristic stuff. Yeah and plus with burns specifically the best way for them to be treated is that they're not like resting on anything. So maybe it's some sort of not gravity to find because

[00:03:36] that would be silly but it's like it's like keeping him away from as many surfaces as possible as he adjusts. Like a suspension chamber yeah. Yeah. All right, so the guard let's the guard or doctor

[00:03:48] guard doctor. Oh, guard, guard, guard. He let's them know that Toyota can only like really speak for a few minutes of a day before the stress like gets to be too much and he has to rest again and he says it's a

[00:04:05] slow march toward death that Toyota is now facing which is like sad but also he's supposed to have been dying since like before the daycare so I feel like he's gonna live to a really old age

[00:04:18] just to spite all of that. Yeah, yeah it's interesting. Nikki reached out to us by email and I'm provided like a little summary but then they were also like so so what does that mean like

[00:04:32] does he have days as he has weeks? Does he have months? Does he have years? Like it's so vague. He's gonna he's gonna outlive all of them and then laugh at their graves. Yeah, I can see him doing that.

[00:04:44] Yeah, I assume Horocoshi kept it vague on purpose but Nikki we agree with your confusion. Yes, yeah it's not clear and it doesn't have to be it's fine. Also I do want to point out that

[00:04:56] I just realized he has like some sort of not halo around his face and I just realized that's like a legitimate medical equipment for when folks need like brain surgery or they need extra

[00:05:08] support on their heads and yes it is in fact screwed into his bones because that's what it does. Yeah medicine. Yep, yep. Okay, all right so Toyota does open his eyes he does have at least one eye

[00:05:22] two eyes he does yes so he's always the size in his charcoal body. This is so funny watching it right after watching the most recent episodes. Yeah this is Horocoshi. Any timing impeccable. impeccable amazing so he opens his eyes and he he starts talking in his voices almost

[00:05:45] job you can tell with his dialogue. He's like, gangs all here but I'm not some damn tourist attraction he tries to be all sarcastic and doby isch with any starts coughing and it's kind of sad but

[00:05:58] also kind of nice. Yeah, he's starting to say you're not gonna be able to joke your way out of this emotional moment pal. Nice try. Yes but he is he is still himself like he's he didn't like

[00:06:11] like give himself Im Neja with everything he didn't burn his entire brain away so that's nice. Yes thank goodness sort of I don't know what would be another. I don't know apparently the speaking of the new

[00:06:26] episode they did remind me that his sense of pain is like really low like it's not really anything so yeah I'm sure his nerve endings are fried to hell. Yeah so I degree burns don't hurt because

[00:06:39] the nerves are gone. Yeah so at least he's not in any physical pain but I don't know anyway so we continue and it is Endeavor who starts the conversation and he's he's basically

[00:06:56] letting Toyo know what's gonna happen next what where everybody stands and he says that he is retiring from Hero work which good yeah yeah you're done yeah we're done and he said he that it

[00:07:09] always been like how it was gonna go like he was gonna finish this and then step away because of his atonement journey mm-hmm and we also find out that he is having a lot of mobility issues he can no longer

[00:07:22] stand on his own so he's gonna be using a wheelchair. He's also missing part of his limb so yeah which we we knew yep we knew um so he continues and he just he's letting Toyo know

[00:07:38] Endeavor has gone you were the fiercest enemy I ever had to face and then like in a certain sense Dobby achieved his goal he brought down Endeavor. Yes exactly exactly and

[00:07:52] Toyo does respond and he's like my condolences boo and then he says quit trying to play nice now that it's all over you're freaking coward and then his heart rate gets going and he gets like

[00:08:06] worked up and he can't really keep it up and yeah which is he keeps he's trying to access that fury again because that's that's all he's got yeah working out and he can't keep it up because he

[00:08:20] healing or um not flatlining but he's like plateaued yeah he's exhausted yeah or little bean anyway so Endeavor's like yeah you're right so he's like finally gotten that that thing where you have to say like like when you reach that point of actual healing

[00:08:41] and your victims are like you did this bad bad bad bad and he's just like yes you're right so it's good to see that he's actually like following the steps that are affirming really sick

[00:08:54] and then he basically just goes on to continue and he reminds Toyo that he he knows that Toyo always wanted Endeavor to watch him like he always wanted him to be his dad and watch him

[00:09:07] watch him go when be proud of him yeah do some things um and then he says like because like people are still talking about I guess if Dobby is in fact still Endeavor's son or not

[00:09:21] but Endeavor says it's my heliflame that's burning inside you so he's like yes you are my son that's not going to change and he watches the video that he put on the internet every day as part of

[00:09:33] his like atonement oh it's very good it's very nice uh it's also incredibly heavy yep very heavy I want I want to make fun of him but he's doing all the right things

[00:09:47] yep yep yep yep he's like yeah we are related whether we want to admit it or not and we're going to have to acknowledge our bond sorry and and we're going to have to do it

[00:10:00] in not an abuse way mm-hmm so with that um he says from now on I'll come here every day to talk to you and we get the the like a you kind of scene of what it would look like if like Toyota had kind of

[00:10:16] survived the fight in a more corporeal sense we see him he we see him looking down at Endeavor in his chair and Toyota is also missing his arm and or arms we don't see the other side but yeah so that's

[00:10:29] nice he's going to come and he's going to like talk to us on yep yep yep they're finally going to start working this shit out yep yep so Endeavor like continues and he says I realize it's far too late

[00:10:43] but let's talk let's let's just have it out mm-hmm but it does seem like Toyota is getting all worked up his heart rates increasing his heart monitor is beeping louder and faster yep he's getting emotional yep he's getting emotionally he does and he does he's not responding

[00:11:01] either either because he's too exhausted to or because he doesn't really know what to say or both yeah or both yeah yeah and then the rest of family is there they're like we're all

[00:11:12] going to be here to talk with the time that Shoto gave us mm-hmm there's that nice little acknowledgement and all that good stuff yes all right so Endeavor continues and he says if you hate

[00:11:24] me lay into me let me have it let's do it and then for you me wants to talk to him not so I was there he doesn't say anything but he's like there I guess in solidarity and Ray also wants

[00:11:37] to talk to him but Toyota is obviously he's getting too emotionally he's getting too worked up and the doctor guard doctor whatever whatever he is yep he lets them know that he that Toyota

[00:11:52] has had enough for today he can't really get to work up or it's gonna affect his healing or his plateau so they have to leave for the day which is also also like a regular medical

[00:12:03] thing sometimes you just stay there yeah yeah like we think of our like emotions and our physical body is separate but our really are all physical everything is physical so yeah he's just he's

[00:12:15] overwhelmed there's so much going on he can't yeah so they just need to take a step back and try again another day and then as they're leaving Shoto turns back one last time he has one final question

[00:12:27] for his brother and it's so sweet and hold on I have to switch to my screen shots because the app just crashed this one okay so he turns back to Toyota from the door and he asks Toyota

[00:12:43] what his favorite food is it my heart oh Shoto how do you always know what to say Shoto my boy and it is a callback to before the war started he was in his room talking with

[00:12:58] Kiri Katsuki and Eda like they were talking about how he was nervous to face his brother and he doesn't really know his brother he doesn't even know what his favorite food is and Katsuki

[00:13:08] made a joke at New York's his expense for once and it was great it was a wonderful moment it was also just animated so it's like fresh in my head yes it's so amazing so he asked what his favorite

[00:13:20] food is and he does that respond right away and so the doctors like he that is limit he needs to rest so they go to leave and then the last thing they hear is that Toyota's favorite food is so

[00:13:32] but like his brothers yeah yeah oh what a good boys I love that Shoto can be so bad at socializing sometimes and yeah in moments of crisis like this he can just get straight to the point

[00:13:49] and reach people emotionally in ways that others can yes I love that oh it's so sweet they're they're so good and Shoto responds and he's like same here their favorite food is so bad and it's really cute

[00:14:04] and so Toyota flashes back to the first victory that Shoto had in Camino where he stopped him at first before he flew off to Ganga and basically reliving how Shoto was like our our tracks are not parallel

[00:14:20] we're gonna amigl we're going to we're going to interact with each other whether you like it or not yeah sorry I make you feel bad feelings but I'm still your brother you fuck us yeah we have we have to talk

[00:14:34] grow and then pour sweet Toyota starts crying because he's he's he's sad and he the last thing we hear from him he says Shoto I'm sorry and that's that's where we leave it with with Toyota and it's

[00:14:50] really sweet and really sad and it's like all the fan functions about about nice older brother Toyota or now like actually kind of truth like he finally realized he was like oh my brother is a human

[00:15:03] and I'm sure what does I mean I am also a human and out the connection the love the family out the loss oh god oh god okay all right so that is where we leave it with Toyota he is okay he is

[00:15:18] sort of sort of he has sort of medically plateaued so yeah yes he's okay for the moment I do think I agree with you he's gonna outlive all of them all of them and it's going to be great

[00:15:34] all right so outside as they like go to the parking lot where they're all gonna go back wherever they came from not slow he turns back and he says I'm done I'm done with you nothing's changed and it

[00:15:48] ever's like okay go yeah he's like yep saw that coming yep yep and then not so continues turns out he said a girlfriend this whole time and also they're about to get married not so well

[00:16:02] know that I feel like we knew that he's had a girlfriend I don't remember him having a girlfriend but also I was on the not-so-hocks ship so oh oh god she got to got you yeah yeah so he might have

[00:16:16] had a girlfriend and I just don't remember it that's that's fair and they are it was mentioned it was mentioned in passing yes and probably a while ago because yeah so they're getting married and

[00:16:30] they're not having a wedding and also in Devers not gonna even meet her but alone get invited to the alone mid which yes yes sir draw your boundaries so Endevers says I'm sorry but I understand

[00:16:43] and then he turns to for you me it's like he's doing everything right and I can't mock him and it's weird okay so for you me she ended up quitting her job and she had a job as like an elementary school

[00:16:57] or preschool teacher which it's probably her job it's not so much that she quit her job as her job stopped being there during this temporary apocalypse Japan just went through yeah yeah but also

[00:17:12] she might she might need a break from taking care of people for a while that's that's also very fair but she does say that one of her students mothers like found her another gig that's probably going to

[00:17:25] be less stressful and so she can still like support herself and that's that's really nice all right so and then not so actually does continue with that and he says honestly I think we've taken

[00:17:37] responsibility there's been enough punishment like like he's kind of like of the mind that we don't have to do anything else everything is settled fine which makes me wonder if he is not going

[00:17:51] to be visiting toia yeah which makes sense because yeah was the one that was closest to toia before he left so everything that doby did probably hits him harder than anyone else yep and that's

[00:18:04] you remember his brother yep he remembers toia yeah so that's fair that's that's definitely a possibility but then endeavor continues he says that he was he's going to be living his life

[00:18:16] and making a man's for the rest of his life so he's going to his plans are to continue his atonement journey whether his kids are around to see it or acknowledge it or even like thank

[00:18:28] him or acknowledge him for it so that's good too so it not so it sounds like hell bitch and then yes he's like okay he's like okay fine damn it he's like me he's like you're doing everything right

[00:18:44] and I can't like I can't mock you I can't be mean okay so um basically endeavor is like he's showing his family and the audience that his journey of atonement it wasn't like just for

[00:19:02] the public facing hero part of him like this is he's going to be doing this yes it's all very real and then Natsuo says I never thought of you as a badass until this moment yes yes perfection get him

[00:19:18] all right so it continues and the total rookie children head out and he says basically Natsuo says here get in I'll take you back to school and I'll give you a ride to for you me so he's like he's still going to maintain his relationship with his siblings

[00:19:36] whether that includes Toyon yeah but then as they're in the car a sort of like wait I has something to yell at you he's like yeah mom dad like wait and then he he lets them know

[00:19:47] that he's going to be okay because his classmates are there for him he's found family is there for him and he's going to become the man he wants to be with their support oh good sweet shoto

[00:20:02] oh he again to my point he just he's he's things so clearly sometimes he's such a good boy I love him just he cuts through all the bullshit yep he's like I don't have time for this small talk

[00:20:15] this is what's happening bye mm-hmm love it yeah whether or not you worry about me whether not you're there for me I'm going to be okay so I'm fine all right so with that the kids head off

[00:20:29] and we find out that Endever and Jay Toto Rocae senior he still has like all his staff like he still has his driver who's Bacca goes enemy a little bit um and burnins there and like the

[00:20:46] two other like kind of loutenance in the agency hierarchy are also there to like help I don't know if they're like still considered colleagues or what their deal is but they're still around they could

[00:20:59] also just be like supporting him as someone they know yeah exactly um and then and then Ray gets a text and it shows it to him teasingly yes queen get right she's like like your boyfriend's texting you

[00:21:13] basically yeah he's like hey so with that we do it is a text from Hawks um and he yeah he's asking how the reunion went is there anything he can do let him know and Endever just like uh

[00:21:27] yeah yeah and then he's like why is this 20 year old still following me around yep yeah exactly so with that we pivot two Hawks yeah he Hawks um and the first panel we get at him is it's a very

[00:21:43] very Hawks panel he's doing just fine he's great he's very he's shocked and surprised and he's showing it all over his face because he wears all his emotions out in the open now so we find out that

[00:21:58] he is basically having a conversation with lady nagaunt um and we find out that with all of her extended external circumstances and or what she did to contribute to the war effort they said she

[00:22:14] was essentially free to go like she does not have to be jailed any longer but she's like namaste here because it's scary out there and I need to be able to protect myself from any

[00:22:27] manipulations that may come my way so until the world is safe again I'm staying here and respect yeah yeah she's like I'm gonna see if the world actually heals a little bit before I leave

[00:22:40] cause I need protection from the general public yep and who might have lost all faith in yes as yes and then we do get a nice little pan out of the they're seeing like they're talking through

[00:22:54] the um prisoner visitor like glass wall and we do see that Hawks he does not have his wings anymore nope whether they try to or not he is now corkless yep and I still bet that he is relieved

[00:23:11] yep yep he's like thank god I don't have to fly around this damn country for these damn bitches anymore on the time I can't be exploited anymore yeah I am free all right also his and lady nagaunt's like report is just great there it's amazing they're friends

[00:23:31] they're friends they're colleagues get each other yep yep and so like Hawks is a little disappointed because he kind of wanted her like input on what his next steps are going to be um and she's like

[00:23:45] no yeah she's like no you got this you're fine it's like you're fine um EZUKU Medoria is like the exception to what I believe in the worst of society so I'm just gonna kind of

[00:23:57] wait to see how his actions actually pan out and like when all the ripple fade then we'll reassess yeah and I'm glad that that's being acknowledged in the manga that everyone is tense about

[00:24:13] because you know obviously as the readers we hope that this hushers in like a new age of greater understanding and healthier society where people actually get support but then all the people who have

[00:26:28] guess that makes sense because we don't know who Wallace still running around and I'm sure he accrued a lot of grudges against him yep so I could see him being like I'm gonna take this

[00:26:37] just in case someone decides to take advantage of me while I'm worthless because they think they can get the drop on me but they can't bid you all right so as he's leaving as he's like thinking over his conversation with Nikon and Devour Texan

[00:26:55] Texan back and he's like Endeavor like thanks to him he's like I'm good though yeah he's like leave me the fuck alone Jesus Christ yeah but then he continues and I wonder if it is Endeavor doing

[00:27:08] this texting or if it's right oh yeah she's like texting for him that would be kind of hilarious yep that'd be funny all right so with that we we learn from these texts that they have made Hawks

[00:27:22] the the like the big government patrol acronym that I've forgotten he's the president now he's the president of like the hero commission basically yes yes he's the president he's he's like he's like oh y'all made me a child soldier and spy and in assassin and now the president

[00:27:39] are we're gonna change shit yes sir best possible person for this position yes yes sir yes get it yes king and he he ends it with he's answering her call from Mr. Mira who was like the interim president

[00:27:56] and so he's doing work he's fine he's got he's got his stuff still going on he's great and then we end the chapter with yet another character on a hospital bed thinner is alive and he looks none I'm no mood so hopefully whatever was in his system is

[00:28:21] flushed out yep yep so whatever is going on with him he's in the hospital he is recovering he is still himself so that's nice he's not fully no mood that he was a corpse so that's good

[00:28:34] and also yeah go for it again from the most recent episodes it basically just refresh my memory but was going on with him before the final fight and that was that he did get either one

[00:28:47] or more quirks from AFO I don't remember if he also got like the trigger a drug I honestly can't remember I think so yeah so yeah so AFO basically loaded him up with a whole bunch of crap that

[00:29:00] is body and brain couldn't actually handle right so now if he was on trigger it is now out of a system but presumably he now has a bunch of other quirks or at least one of the work we'll see

[00:29:12] because but yeah also someone is going and it's not spinner yeah yeah so I wonder who that is yeah and I have my theories and also I just zoomed in his eyes are open he's awake he's like who

[00:29:31] is it's like next to me like so that's nice I didn't realize how it's awake oh my god so yeah that's where the chapter ends we we have left the total rookie family at their

[00:29:43] resolution I guess they're dating them all um they're all alive and a toning and moving along with their lives and it's great and hox is doing good and spinner's live and that is that was

[00:29:55] to the only updates we got we still have no idea who that new fucking character is what who I'm still not sure it's a new character because I'm wondering I'm still god I'm still hoping against hope

[00:30:06] I might look like a fucking idiot for this I'm really really really really hoping shiggy is alive and has broken into spinners hospital room that would be great or it's Toga

[00:30:17] that would help too I'd take that as well yeah so I'm assuming we're going to find out next uh the app does say the next chapter does come out in seven days um I have not seen anywhere yet

[00:30:30] if we are getting all five chapters it like consecutively if we're gonna have every seven days but the next one number four is out next week so we will find out and hopefully get more answers

[00:30:44] as to where every single character that Horko she has come up with is because I need updates on every single person yes yes me too me too if I don't see Toga and Ochoko at least talking

[00:30:58] I'm gonna be so pissed they're gonna be texting really sassily like hox and rayar and oh my god Toga texts only in emojis I'm honest and Ochoko is just like what the fuck does this say

[00:31:11] I don't understand yeah and also Toga gave her a phone and how did she get my number she gets blowing up my phone in class also I feel like Toga is one of the only people who uses

[00:31:26] like this signature because you can have your signature on text messages too oh yeah which is and it's absurdly girly and probably animated with like tons of hearts yep and also the knife emoji is there oh yeah so yeah we it was very straightforward heavy um chapter um

[00:31:48] having all these chapters are gonna be fucking heavy yeah yeah but like also for as much ground as I feel like Horko she has to cover and or wants to cover we didn't get a lot of like lore or

[00:32:03] like endings for a lot of characters like there's still so much to go through so I wonder how he's gonna do it and we're gonna find out I'm sad it's ending and if he if he forgets anyone I will never

[00:32:17] let him live it down it will be my personal then data mm mm mm mm yeah now I get to now I get to go watch all the TikToks I I don't watch TikToks about MHA until like in like between the
